Are Micro Homes the future of Real Estate?

Hong-Kong is rated as the most expensive city to live in with city space running REALLY SCARCE. The combination of the two factors has inspired architectural firm James Law Cybertecture to invent a solution…water pipe concrete housing or as the firm calls it “Opods”. The Opod is a new type of micro home which provides homeowners with all the necessities of a cozy home  (100-120sq/ft space) all the while utilizing “wasted” city space.
